Phyre Forge Spatula

This collaboration spatula is handmade by our good friend Pete Braspenninx. Pete is an excellent artist and blacksmith, and we’re honored to be able to offer this piece. Pete and I have had an idea for a spatula like this for awhile. We wanted to offer a spatula design that could work well both in the kitchen and also for outdoor cooking and camping. He designed the handle to have an integral Möbius loop with a one piece forge welded handle, which is left as forged. The form of the handle loop makes for a beautiful hanger if you choose. The stainless blade is flexible and easy to clean, and it’s brought together with the handle by two copper rivets. The back of the spatula blade is stamped with the Sidnaw Co. logo. The protective leather sheaths are handmade in our shop, and have a raw copper snap closure. This is a quality tool that you can expect to pass down for generations to come.
