RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be approved beforehand. Please email us with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of your issue within one week of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. After you reach out to us and your return is approved, package it up and ship it back to us using the shipping service of your choice. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend including tracking on your return package as Sidnaw Company is not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it (unused and unworn) free of charge. Contact us by email with details and any supporting photos within a week of receiving your order. Once we receive the defective item we will send out your replacement as soon as possible.
After your return arrives at our studio, you’ll receive a full refund for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs) within three business days.
When requesting your exchange, please provide a description of the item you received, the issue, and what you’d like to exchange for (different color, size, etc.). Once approved, you can package and ship your item back to us. After your package is received, we will begin work on your new item. In-stock items will ship within three to five days. Made-to-order items will ship within one to two weeks. You’ll receive a new tracking number when your exchange item is ready to ship.
