REPAIRS POLICY
We offer repairs on Sidnaw Company-made products. We do not accept products from outside brands for repair.
To start a repair, email us at info@sidnawcompany.com with photos and a description of the damage that needs repairing. We will get back to you within three business days with a response and a quote for the cost of the repair. If your request is approved, you are responsible for shipping costs (both ways).
Do not send repairs that have not been approved. Unapproved repairs will be sent back at the sender’s expense, packages with no sender information will not be processed.
