Lay a good fitting belt flat on the floor and measure from end to end. Do not include the buckle in this measurement.
Lay your garment flat and buttoned on the floor. Measure across the chest at the highest point, edge to edge.
Measure straight across the bottom of the garment, edge to edge.
Flip the garment over, and measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Measure straight down the garment from the top seam where it meets the collar down to the bottom of the garment.
Measure the arm of the garment from the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom of the sleeve.
Measure straight across the cuff opening.
Lay your pants flat and buttoned on the floor. Pull the front waistband up so that it's flush with the back waistband. Measure across the waist from edge to edge.
Measure from the center crotch seam vertically up to the top of the front waistband.
Flip your pants over and measure from the center crotch seam vertically up to the top of the back waistband.
1" down from the crotch seam, measure straight across the thigh of the pant.
14" down from the crotch seam, measure straight across the knee of the pant.
Measure straight down the seam of the pant from the center crotch seam to the bottom of the pant leg.
