Shipping costs are determined by the destination address and total merchandise weight. Please allow three to five days for your order to ship. Made-to-order items have a lead time of two to three weeks. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an automated email including your tracking number.

Please note that Sidnaw Company is not liable for stolen or missing packages. If your order is marked as “Delivered,” but you did not receive your items, please contact the carrier. All packages are shipped without a signature required. If you’d like to require a signature upon delivery, please email us. 

Domestic

When checking out, you can choose your preferred shipping method. Domestic packages ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Military addresses ship through USPS Priority Mail. If you require a different carrier, please email us at info@sidnawcompany.com; additional charges may apply. 

US-based orders are typically delivered within five to seven business days after leaving our studio.

International

When checking out, you can choose your preferred shipping method. International packages ship via USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, or UPS Worldwide Express. If you require a different carrier, please email us at info@sidnawcompany.com; additional charges may apply. 

International orders typically take between six to ten business days to be delivered. Keep in mind that not all countries provide tracking information once the package leaves the US, and delivery times can be delayed. Follow up with your local postal service before reaching out to us.

Any orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The international carrier will collect taxes and duties upon delivery.

Sidnaw Company is not responsible for additional shipping or receiving fees.
